A rooftop swap the French Quarter never noticed.
- Challenge
- A rooftop unit had to be replaced on a tight French Quarter footprint — where bringing in a crane meant real cost and real disruption.
- Solution
- We engineered a rooftop replacement approach that got the new unit in place without a crane at all.
- Outcome
- Significant cost and disruption avoided — Southern ingenuity applied to a very real constraint.
