The chillers were aging, and no one could say which repairs actually mattered — or what they would cost to fix.
Solution
We walked the plant, separated the repairs that counted from the ones that could wait, and sequenced them into a clear, priced capital plan.
Outcome
A defensible, phased repair budget the engineering team could put in front of leadership and act on with confidence.

A rooftop swap the French Quarter never noticed.

Challenge
A rooftop unit had to be replaced on a tight French Quarter footprint — where bringing in a crane meant real cost and real disruption.
Solution
We engineered a rooftop replacement approach that got the new unit in place without a crane at all.
Outcome
Significant cost and disruption avoided — Southern ingenuity applied to a very real constraint.

Equipment kept failing at a facility that simply cannot afford to go dark, even for an hour.
Solution
We built and ran a preventive-maintenance program shaped around the realities of that specific plant.
